This deliverable did give me a hard time. Here's what I did and this worked for me. When I added the orthoimagery layer and selected base heights, making sure that the stadium layer was selected, I selected the search folder and for the layer I selected baua_dem layer and for the offset I left it at zero. This worked for me and I was able to complete the project.
